MetalMax diamond cutting discs represent a significant evolution in material cutting technology, offering a superior alternative to conventional abrasive discs.
Designed with advanced diamond technology, these discs ensure exceptional durability, allowing multiple cuts to be made with constant efficiency over time.
Thanks to their metal core, MetalMax discs are not only stronger, but also prevent breakage during use, providing greater safety in industrial applications.
In addition, these discs do not release dust when working, making them an ideal option for environments that require high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Another notable advantage is that, unlike traditional abrasive discs, MetalMax do not lose diameter with use, which guarantees constant and prolonged performance in all applications.

You can cut a wide range of materials, including metal sheets, stainless steel, solid metal stock, reinforcing bars rebar , steel plates, and many other non-ferrous materials.

Recommendations for use:
Use MetalMax discs on tools that are compatible with diamond cutting discs to ensure optimal performance.
Adjust the cutting speed according to the specific material you are cutting to maximize the blade s effectiveness.
Make sure the blade is properly mounted and secured to the tool before starting the cut to avoid accidents.
Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as goggles and gloves, to protect yourself from potential sparks or particles.
Do not use the disc on materials for which it is not designed, such as glass or ceramic, as this may compromise its durability and performance.

Maintenance recommendations:
After each use, wipe the disc with a dry cloth to remove any cut material and maintain its effectiveness.
Store discs in a dry, safe place, away from humidity and extreme temperatures, to preserve their integrity.
Periodically check the disc for any signs of excessive wear or damage, and replace it if necessary to avoid safety risks.
